Event Participation Waiver for LIA All-Stars: Orlando 2022

I voluntarily enter into this Event Participation Waiver (the “Waiver”) in favor of Isagenix International, LLC, including its parents and subsidiaries (collectively, “Isagenix”) in connection with, and as a condition of my participation with certain activities at Isagenix’s LIA All-Stars: Orlando 2022 event (the “Event”). I confirm, acknowledge, and agree as follows:

I shall at all times conduct myself in a dignified and orderly manner with full regard to the welfare, health and safety of others and shall not engage in any activity that is detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of others while participating in the Event. I will not engage in any discussions about other businesses and understand that prospecting for other businesses that are not Isagenix is strictly prohibited during the Event.

I understand that my participation in the Event may involve hazardous activity and has numerous risks. Hazardous activities include (but are not limited to) risk of physical injury and death. I understand that I am not required to engage in any particular activity and may unilaterally withdraw myself from participation in any activity at any time.

I understand and acknowledge that the activities at the Event may pose known and unanticipated substantial risks of physical injury, illness, or property damage. I hereby knowingly and voluntarily assume any and all risks and do agree and acknowledge that my participation in the Event is of my own free will and completely voluntary.

I am fully responsible for any and all decisions I make in conjunction with the Event and I alone will determine which activities I will participate in. I further understand that I do not have to participate in any activity and may unilaterally withdraw myself from participation at any time. I agree I will use my own free will and discretion, considering my physical and mental health, when deciding if it is appropriate for me to participate in any activity.

I waive my right to collect any compensation or damages arising from my participation in the Event unless such claim arises from Isagenix’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. I understand that because I am not an employee of Isagenix, I will not be able to collect workers’ compensation for any injuries I sustain at the Event. I understand that while I may file a claim for an incident arising from my participation in this program, I will be precluded from recovering any damages unless the incident arises from Isagenix’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I authorise Isagenix to consent on my behalf, if I am unable to do so myself, to any emergency, medical, and hospital care which is deemed advisable by and is to be rendered under general or special supervision of medical staff in connection with my involvement in the Event. I understand that unless arising from Isagenix’s gross negligence or willful misconduct, Isagenix is not responsible for costs incurred for medical care.
