Upgraded Recommended Carts Experience

Effective 26 June 2024 – 4PM WEST / 5PM CEST / 6PM EEST

Smoother checkout, enrolment, and recommended cart flows launch — tested in the US and now rolled out globally.

Here’s what you need to know:    

  • Existing recommended cart links from the old experience can still be shared and used for enrolment through 23 July.
  • Beginning 24 July, if Customers access an old recommended cart link they will be directed to the Member’s replicated site. 
  • Creating new recommended cart links will no longer be possible in the old experience.  

Recommended Cart Transition Period  

Effective 26 June – 1 July 2024

  • Updates will be made to the IsaLife app.    

 

Effective 24 July 2024:  

  • Transfer any carts you want to keep from your old recommended carts to the new experience.
  • Update any shared links on other platforms (i.e., Linktree, QR codes, etc.).
  • Old recommended cart links will redirect Customers to the Member’s replicated site.
  • Old recommended carts move to a ‘view only’ state and will no longer be shareable or usable for enrolment.
  • New recommended cart features, such as ‘duplicate’ and ‘bulk delete’ go live.

 

Effective 16 October 2024   

  • The old recommended cart experience will be completely retired and removed from the back office.   
  • Reminder communications will be sent out before this date.   

FAQ’s

A: Yes, users will still be able to share and enroll in the old recommended cart experience. However, users will no longer be able to create new recommended cart links in the old experience. We encourage users to build the carts they want to continue sharing in the new experience. As of 24 July 2024, old recommended carts will be available for viewing only.   

A: Yes, if you have a QR code for an old recommended cart link, you will need to update it. After 24 July 2024, old recommended cart links will redirect Customers to the Member’s replicated website. To ensure your QR code continues to work properly, you will need to update it with the new link.   

A: Yes, you will need to update your IsaLife App to access the new experience. The update will be available by 1 July 2024. Please ensure you have the latest version of the app installed to take advantage of the new features and improvements. App update preferences can be managed in your phone settings to ensure you receive updates automatically.
