What you need to know before you go

You’ll soon be heading to Orlando to experience Celebration 2023! Check out the itinerary and read some of the information below to start preparing for your trip. We’ve included hotel information, packing tips, an FAQ, and more.

– Included in the trip –

Here is a list of everything Isagenix will cover on the trip so you can consider how much cash to take:

  • £1,200/€1,435 to support your travel to Orlando and on-the-ground hotel/airport transfer

  • 5 nights twin share accommodation at Rosen Centre Hotel, Orlando (11-16 July)

  • 1-Day Ultimate Express Pass ticket to Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure for 12 July

  • Ticket to Celebration 2023 where you’ll experience business training and networking opportunities with Isagenix leaders from across the lodge

  • Ticket to Celebration After Party on 15 July

  • Exclusive Isagenix swag!

You will be responsible for all additional incidentals (for example, food and refreshments during the Celebration event), so plan your spending budget accordingly. We highly recommend you take on travel insurance.

Breakfast is available between 06.30am and 10.30am for an additional fee at Café Gauguin.

The Rosen Centre Hotel is only a short walk from the Celebration 2023 venue, the Orange County Convention Center.

The hotel is less than a 12-minute drive from Orlando International Airport and it should cost between $38-$45 for a taxi. Check out https://www.orlandoairports.net/parking-transportation/ for more information on how to get to the hotel from the airport.

– What to pack –

July is one of the hottest months of the year in Orlando with average temperature ranging between min 23°C (73°F) and max 33°C (91°F) so make sure you plan your outfits accordingly. Be sure to check the weather conditions leading up to the trip so you can pack correctly. An Isagenix event wouldn’t be complete without product giveaways and exclusive swag, so make sure you leave enough room in your suitcase to take everything home.

  • Swimsuit (just in case you want a dip in the hotel pool)

The Celebration event will take place from 11-16 July. We are looking forward to seeing you in Orlando and we are excited to watch you learn from our International Isagenix Leaders. Orlando, Florida is in the Eastern Time Zone. United Kingdom is 5 hours ahead of Orlando. Central Europe is 6 hours ahead of Orlando.

TUESDAY 11 JULY –  ARRIVAL DAY

Check-in at the Rosen Centre Hotel is open from 3pm. The corporate team will be staying at the same hotel so we’ll be waiting for you at reception. Come say hi!

WEDNESDAY 12 JULY – THEME PARK EXPERIENCE

Theme Park Experience!

8:30am: Travel to Universal Studios

5pm – 9pm: Shuttle from Universal Studios back to the hotel

To make this even better we have given each of you a 1-Day Ultimate Express Pass ticket to experience both Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure! Even though July is a busy month for the theme park you won’t need to worry about waiting in line as we can skip the regular lines for the rides and attractions!  

There’s a whole variety of restaurants, snack options and refreshment stands across the parks. Isagenix will not be covering any food or refreshments when in the park, so make sure that you plan this into your spending budget. 

Lightweight clothing such as shorts, leggings, t-shirts, vest tops, a hat, and sunglasses are all perfect for your trip. You’re going to be doing lots of walking throughout the parks and the resort, so make sure your footwear is ideal for walking. On most thrill rides at Universal you are not allowed to bring your bag or any loose articles (so keep this mind when packing your comfy shoes!)

THURSDAY 13 JULY 

10am – 7pm: Registration – This is the time for you to register and collect your exclusive Isagenix swag!

1pm – 4pm: Give back and Work Out – This ticketed event is sponsored by START & IsaBody. Help the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orlando by packaging food for individuals in need. Followed by a HIIT workout hosted by IsaBody® and Jenna Hoffert. Enjoy complimentary coffee, products, and more! Register here!

7pm – 9pm: Top 100 Reception – This is an invite only event

9pm-12am: START Galaxy Themed Party will be located at the Vanguard – This is an invite only event. RSVP here. Must be of START age (18-35) to participate in this event. 

FRIDAY 14 JULY

8am – 6pm: General Session – This is your time to hear from our International Isagenix Leaders and be inspired to take your Isagenix Business to the next level!

Team Night – This is a night for you to spend with your team, making plans and catching up. 

SATURDAY 15 JULY

8am – 6pm: General Session – This is your time to hear from our International Isagenix Leaders and be inspired to take your Isagenix Business to the next level!

8pm -12 am: After Party – We have given you all a ticket to the After Party so you can enjoy special entertainment from DJ Skemaddox, drinks, and more, it is a night you will not want to miss!

SUNDAY 16 JULY – DEPARTURE DAY

11 am: Checkout

The day is yours to explore until it is time for you to head back home!

This event will not be translated. ASL services will be provided during General Session.

Yes, you must attend the trip to receive the travel cash. Everyone who officially qualifies will receive an email from eventsEU@isagenixcorp.com. Please note, you must show proof you are able to attend the trip and enter the United States to receive the travel cash. For example you will need to send proof of passport and your ESTA Visa Waiver or Visa. Please note, whether you will need an ESTA visa waiver or a Visa to travel to the USA depends on your nationality. You can check if you are eligible for visa-free travel to the US in this link: https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/visa-waiver-program/non-immigrant-visa-waiver-program-vwp/

The deadline to RSVP is 21 May and you will receive £1,200/€1,435 on 1 June. If your circumstances mean you cannot reply by this date, we will allow RSVPs up until 26 May and you will receive the travel cash after this date.

The goal for this contest is to give European leaders the opportunity to experience the incredible training and Isagenix culture at US Celebration 2023. The prize is not transferrable and cannot be converted into cash. 

You can bring a guest with you to experience the magic of Celebration for an additional fee of £880/€1,064. Simply let the Events team know by 21 May. Please call Customer Service by the 2 June to arrange payment.

Isagenix is covering room and tax for the dates of the event only with check in on Tuesday 11 July – Sunday 16 July, (5 nights) for up to single occupancy. Each achiever will have their own room. Any additional nights, upgrades, or incidentals during your stay, will be your responsibility.

The hotel’s standard check-in time is 15:00 (ET) and check-out time is 11:00 (ET). If you want to extend your stay, you can book the extension directly on the hotel’s website here https://www.rosencentre.com/

You will be responsible for all additional incidentals (for example, food and refreshments during the Celebration event and breakfast), so plan your spending budget accordingly.

The health and safety of our Members and employees is of utmost importance to Isagenix. For Celebration 2023, Isagenix will be following the state and local guidelines and those of the Orange County Convention Center in effect at the time of the event.

Contest Terms and Conditions

Open to Isagenix Europe Associates only. All times shown are in US EST. The contest begins 9 January 2023 (12:01am US EST) and finishes 16 April 2023 (11:59pm US EST). To participate, your Isagenix position must be operated only by you (the legal name) and if applicable, your spouse (recognition name) to the exclusion of all other individuals. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and any promotion rules, FAQs or guidelines posted and the decisions of Isagenix, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest. Re-entry points will be calculated as part of the original organisation. The original Enrolling Sponsor will be awarded any eligible enrolment BV if a placement change occurs. Contest rules are subject to change. Isagenix reserves the right to audit, adjust or deny any volume, compensations, recognition or other incentives awarded during or as a result of this contest to ensure the spirit of the contest is achieved. All members are subject to standard compliance reviews both during and after the close of the contest; prizes may be withdrawn by Isagenix at any time. Outstanding compliance matters will affect eligibility for the final prize. All enrolments and product orders must be in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Policies and Procedures, available at IsagenixCompliance.com. Only valid accounts will count towards new enrolments. Credit cards can only be used on a maximum of two accounts. Any person who attempts to manipulate the Compensation Plan or the contest or who otherwise attempts to circumvent the rules, forfeits any and all rights to points and to receive any prize and will be disqualified from the contest. Participants must be an active Isagenix Associate and remain active throughout the duration of the contest period and through to the trip dates. Active status within Isagenix requires that you order a minimum of 100 BV every 30 calendar days.

All winners must have a valid passport and, if applicable, are responsible for their own ESTA/visa for travel. Proof that you can travel to the USA is required before any travel stipend is paid. The value of non-monetary prizes may be reported as taxable income to the extent required by applicable law. Prize winners will be required to execute a Prize Acceptance Agreement and Release prior to receipt of any prize under the contest
