The free product will automatically be added to all qualifying orders. So, all they need to do, is spend the minimum requirements, and they’ll receive the gift in their order. Simple!
The new Member does not need to add the product to their cart. If, for example, they add one to their cart, they will receive two and be charged for one of them.
Please note: Qualifying new Members will not see the specific product details during the enrolment flow. Qualifying orders will show “CONGRATULATIONS! You qualified to receive a free gift with your order! “on their order confirmation. The product name will appear in the following places:

Yes, the My Pack discount will reduce the order total BEFORE the free gift is applied.
For example, if a new member adds €190 worth of products to their basket and this triggers a 10% My Pack discount, their order total will now be €171, and they will not qualify for the free product. In this case, they will have to add more to their order to reach the €190 threshold.
