Q: If I personally rank advance, does that count towards one of my four personal rank advancement requirements?
A: No.
Q: Who qualifies as a personally enrolled Consultant, Manager, Director, or Executive?
A: Personally enrolled members who convert to Associate on or after March 31, 2025, and reach Consultant for the first time during the promotion period qualify. You’ll also earn points if they achieve Manager, Director, or Executive for the first time during the promotion period, regardless of when they converted to Associate.
Q: Do I need a minimum number of enrollments each month to qualify?
A: No, but you must enroll at least 6 new Customers with 100 QV on Subscription Rewards and have a minimum of four first-time personally enrolled rank advancements (of any rank) throughout the promotional period.
Q: I enrolled 16 new Customers, do I get 48 points?
A: Yes! There’s no cap on qualifying enrollments.
Q: Do Customer Referral Program (CRP) enrollments count?
A: No.
Q: Can the Customer Referral Program (CRP) count towards rank advancements?
A: Yes, although the referral enrollments don’t count for enrollment points, the referrals can help people advance in rank.
Q: Can I use my credit card for personal enrollments?
A: No, a participant may not use their credit card or payment method on any Qualifying Enrollment or Rank Advancement. Any enrollment or Rank Advancement found in violation will not qualify toward the promotion. Normal credit card and manipulation policies apply.
Q: Do I get points for developing Directors or Executives?
A: Yes, 20 points are given for the rank advancement to Directors and Executives.
Q: Can a Brand Partner qualify as a Consultant rank advancement?
A: Yes, but the Brand Partner must generate US$500/CA$700 or more in Customer sales in a Commission Month for their first time during the Promotion Period in order to qualify as a Consultant rank advancement. Each Brand Partner may only qualify as a Consultant rank advancement once during the qualification period.
Q: Can Members achieve the trip on multiple accounts?
A: Yes, however, the points cannot be split between accounts. Points must be earned separately for each of the Member’s accounts.
Q: Will there be a leaderboard? How can I track my progress?
A: Yes, there will be leaderboard posted on this page along with a personal tracking leaderboard. Both will be updated periodically so Associates can track their progress.
Q: What are the requirements for a new Consultant to count towards this promotion?
A: A new Consultant counts toward this promotion as long as they converted to Associate on or after March 31, 2025, and have never reached the rank of Consultant before.
A Brand Partner counts towards this promotion as a Consultant rank advancement as long as they joined as a Brand Partner on or after March 31, 2025, and generated US$500/CA$700 or more in Customer sales for their first time in a Commission Month during the Promotion Period. Each Brand Partner may only qualify as a Consultant rank advancement once during the qualification period.
Q: If any of my enrollments return their orders, will I lose those enrollment points?
A: Possibly, product returns that result in an initial order dropping below 100 QV will result in a loss of enrollment points.
Q: Do enrollments from countries outside the US, CA, and PR count towards this promotion?
A: Yes, enrollments will count, as long as you’re signed up for International Sponsorship.
Q: Do I need to maintain a ‘Paid-As’ Rank throughout the contest period?
A: No.
Q: Which markets are participating in the promotion?
A: US, PR, CA, and EU markets.
Q: Does the new Member need to join with Subscription Rewards?
A: Yes, for your enrollment to contribute to the contest, the new Member must join with Subscription Rewards and fulfill the initial order of 100 QV.
Q: When will I receive confirmation that I’ve qualified?
A: Official qualifiers will be announced November 5, 2025!

Q: If I qualify but can’t attend the trip, can I choose to receive the travel stipend instead?
A: No. The travel stipend is a cash allowance provided only to help with travel expenses for those attending the trip.
Q: Will a certain number of spots on the trip be reserved for each country participating?
A: Yes, Europe will get a guaranteed 10 spots allocated based on the top point earnings during the promotional period.
Q: What happens if there is a tie for one of the 100 spots?
A: In the event of a tie, the tie breaker is the number of personally enrolled rank advancements (PERA) – in order of Executive, Director, Manager, then Consultant.
Q: Can I bring a guest on the trip?
A: Yes! You and one guest (two people per qualifying business center) will be eligible for any incentives earned if you qualify. Any additional unqualified guests attending the event will not be eligible for any earned incentives or be able to attend any of the event functions.
Q: What happens if I’m unable to attend the trip I’ve qualified for?
A: Incentive trips and the related prizes, travel cash, etc. are non-transferrable or redeemable for cash value. You must attend the trip to be eligible for the related prizes.
Q: How do I RSVP to attend the trip?
A: You will receive an email with a link to complete your RSVP on November 5, 2025. Please reach out to incentivetrips@isagenixcorp.com if you do not receive your RSVP email. RSVPs must be completed by November 7, 2025. If you do not complete your RSVP by the deadline, you will automatically be considered ‘not attending’ and opting out of any trip benefits/perks (trip, travel cash, swag, etc.).
Q: If I RSVP and choose NOT to attend the trip, then change my mind after the November 7 RSVP deadline, can I still attend the trip?
A: No, all RSVP responses and decisions to attend or not attend the trip are final after November 7, 2025.
Q: When and how will I receive my hotel confirmation?
A: You will receive your hotel confirmation from Isagenix via email from incentivetrips@isagenixcorp.com by November 21, 2025. Keep an eye out in the private Facebook group for when they have been sent.
- You are more than welcome to extend your stay and/or add additional guests; however, please note that you will be responsible for any additional nights and/or additional occupancy fees. To extend your stay and/or add additional guests at Royalton Antigua, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort, you will need to email Natalie Francis wgauditorran-anu@royaltonresorts.com with resort reservations directly and provide your confirmation number. You must have your hotel confirmation before you can request any upgrades or extended stays or add additional guests with the hotel.
Q: Is the Royalton Antigua Resort all-inclusive?
A: Yes, the hotel is all-inclusive. Isagenix covers room, tax, and resort fee for the dates of the event only with check in on January 16, 2026, and check out January 19, 2026, (3 nights) for up to double occupancy. As is standard, the hotel requires a credit card on file to cover any additional nights, upgrades, or incidentals during your stay, which will be your responsibility.
Q: How can I request early check-in, late check-out, a roll-away bed, or other special hotel accommodations?
A: For any special requests, please email Natalie Francis wgauditorran-anu@royaltonresorts.com with resort reservations directly and provide your confirmation number. Additional fees may be incurred for any special hotel accommodation or request, and this will be your responsibility.
- Note: The hotel’s standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Q: What are the hotel’s incidentals hold and cancellation policies?
A:
- Incidentals: The hotel charges a US$200 incidentals fee at check-in. The funds will be held during your stay and refunded upon check-out if unused. When checking into the hotel, we recommend a credit card is used for the per night incidentals hold. It is recommended you do not use a debit card.
- Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of additional nights or upgrades reserved by you directly with the hotel (whether for one or some of the nights of your stay, or your full stay) must be made directly with the hotel. All cancellations must be made with the hotel directly by emailing Natalie Francis wgauditorran-anu@royaltonresorts.com with resort reservations and providing your confirmation number. You may also call the resort at +1-268-484-2000. Cancellation fees may apply, per hotel policy.
Q: How do I arrange my flights and ground transportation?
A: Each business center will receive a US$1,500 Travel Cash stipend to use towards travel costs if they choose to do so. Each Attendee is responsible for booking their own flight and ground transportation. (Please refer to the helpful links below for several ground transportation service options.)

Q: When will I receive the US$1,500 travel cash?
A: Travel cash will be paid out via Commissions on November 17, 2025. You can use this toward flights, extending your stay, transportation, etc. Please keep in mind you must RSVP to attend the trip to receive the travel cash.

A: V. C. Bird International Airport (ANU)
Q: What travel documents do I need?
A: All European citizens travelling by air are required to present a passport valid for at least six months beyond the length of their stay in Antigua, but no separate visa is required. You may also be asked to show proof of a return air ticket. Please refer to your government’s travel policies for any specifics. For international arrivals to Antigua and Barbuda via V.C. Bird International Airport, all travelers must complete an online digital arrival and departure form at www.ArriveAntigua.com within 72 hours of their flight. The form requires a passport photo and generates a QR code for faster processing at airport immigration and customs upon arrival and departure.
Q: How do I connect with fellow qualifiers?
A: All qualifiers will be invited to our private Facebook group on November 5, 2025. If you do not receive an invitation, let us know at incentivetrips@isagenixcorp.com. Use your group to receive trip information, connect with your fellow qualifiers, share photos of your experience, and get excited for the trip of a lifetime!
Q: Is there anything else I should know or do?
A: Because you will be traveling internationally, we recommend that you contact your cell phone carrier and bank prior to arriving at your destination. This will help prevent challenges with services after your arrival.
Q: What can I do to ensure my safety while traveling and attending an Isagenix event?
A: In general, you should always be aware of your surroundings when traveling abroad as you are ultimately responsible for your personal safety. When you are in a place you’ve never visited before it’s important to use precautions while on outings and exploring, especially while on your own, and always travel with a companion.
Passport to Paradise (the “Promotion”) is open to Isagenix Associates, 18 years or older, in Europe, the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada only. The promotion runs from July 28, 2025, at 12 a.m. ET to October 26, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”). Associates must obtain a minimum of 50 Promotion points and a minimum of 6 new personal enrollments during the Promotional Period to qualify. Associates may earn Promotion points by personally enrolling new members on Subscription Rewards with a minimum of 100 QV on their initial order during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Enrollment”). Each qualifying Enrollment is worth 3 Promotion points for 100-199 QV and 6 Promotion points for 200+ QV. Enrollments must be unique and valid, and Isagenix reserves the right to deem any enrollment void in the event Isagenix, in its sole discretion, determines that an enrollment or rank advancement is the product of fraud, manipulation, or deceit. A Participant may not use his/her personal credit card or payment method on any Qualifying Enrollment or rank advancement. The value of non-monetary prizes or awards such as accommodations and tickets may be reported as taxable income to the extent required by applicable law. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant.
