Executive Leadership Program

Here’s How the Executive Leadership Program Cycle Match Works:

1. Leader Qualifies

  • Achieve the recognition rank of 2-Star Golden Circle or above.
  • Maintain active rank of 2-Star Golden Circle or above for 16 weeks out of last rolling 20 weeks prior to qualification date. Qualification date must occur between the commission months of January and December 2022.
    NOTE: To achieve active rank 2-Star Golden Circle or above you must: generate 20 Cycles (or more) AND maintain paid-as Executive for 7 days in the same commission week.
  • Platinum members automatically qualify.
  • Upon qualifying, you’ll be eligible to offer up to TWO 6-month Cycle Match ELPs to new enrolling members between the commission months of January and December 2022.

2. Candidate Qualifies

  • The candidate must join Isagenix between the commission months of January and December 2022, and must not have been previously enrolled with Isagenix prior to enrollment.
  • The candidate must achieve at least one of these ranks:
    • Director within 30 days of their Associate conversion date.
    • Executive within 60 days of their Associate conversion date.

3. Candidate Applies

  • Request the Executive Leadership Program application via email from [email protected].
  • Candidate must complete and submit the required Executive Leadership Program application within 14 days of qualifying for the program, as detailed in Step 2.

4. Earn

  • If approved, the participant is eligible to earn matching Cycles* on up to 50 Cycles per week, paid two weeks in arrears, for six months starting from the acceptance date.
    • Maintain an active rank of Director for a 1.5x Cycle Match.*
    • Maintain an active rank of Executive for a 2x Cycle Match.*

Example: Joan, who has been accepted into the Executive Leadership Program, maintains an active rank of Director and earns five regular Cycles in a commission week. Isagenix multiplies Joan’s five Cycles by 1.5 for a match total of 7.5 Cycles. Using standard rounding rules, the 7.5 matching Cycles are rounded up to a total of eight Cycles. Joan’s eight matching Cycles are paid out two weeks in arrears in addition to her five regular Cycles for a total payout of 13 Cycles.

*Cycle Match only applies to Team Bonus Cycles. Cycle equivalents earned from other sources, such as the Executive Match, Product Introduction Bonuses, and Profits from One-Time purchases (without an account) are not included in Cycle Match totals. Matched Cycles earned DO NOT count toward recognition or rank advancements. All Cycle Match bonuses are paid out two weeks in arrears.

Executive Leadership Program Reactivation:

To qualify:

  • Achieve the recognition rank of 2-Star Golden Circle or above.
  • Maintain active rank of 2-Star Golden Circle or above for 16 weeks out of last rolling 20 weeks prior to qualification date. Qualification date must occur between the commission months of January and December 2022.
    NOTE: To achieve active rank 2-Star Golden Circle or above you must: generate 20 Cycles (or more) AND maintain paid-as Executive for 7 days in the same commission week.
  • Platinum members automatically qualify.

Reactivate Up to 2 Positions:

  • Request the Executive Leadership Program Reactivation Application via email from [email protected].
  • Select up to two expired positions in your business by completing the Executive Leadership Program Reactivation Application.
  • ID validation may be required to reactivate an international Associate.
  • Reactivations are only available for expired accounts in good standing.

Program Notes:

  • The Executive Leadership Program is nontransferable.
  • The Executive Leadership Program candidate cannot have an existing interest in another Isagenix position.
  • A candidate who meets the requirements to apply for the Executive Leadership Program is not guaranteed acceptance into the program. Isagenix may accept or reject any Executive Leadership Program application at its sole discretion.
  • Upon acceptance into the Executive Leadership Program, a participant must maintain a minimum active rank of Manager or above throughout the duration of the agreement, or else the Cycle Match will end, and the participant will be removed from the program.
  • Executive Leadership Program participants who are accepted must achieve the recognition rank of Executive within 90 days of joining the Executive Leadership Program, or else the Cycle Match will end, and the participant will be removed from
    the program.
  • Active rank is determined by the lowest Paid-As rank for the week.

The Executive Leadership Program is open from the commission months of January 2022, through December 2022, to all qualifying Isagenix Independent Associates in Europe, the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. Isagenix reserves the right to audit, adjust, or deny any volume, compensation, recognition, or other incentives awarded during or as a result of this program to ensure the spirit of the program is achieved. Qualifications are subject to change by Isagenix at any time without prior notice. All candidates and sponsors must be in good standing with Isagenix to participate in the program. All Executive Leadership Program participants and sponsors will be required to execute a separate Executive Leadership Program Agreement. Recipients who are not in good standing forfeit and waive all rights, incentives, and awards under this promotion.
