This is a significant step for us as we continue to grow and expand in Europe, and we’re committed to providing stability and security to our associates and customers in this market. We believe that establishing a presence ‘on the ground’ in Italy will allow us to better serve all of our members, and we’re looking forward to keep building a strong, long-term presence in the country.

What does OTG mean?

An OTG product purchase may also be referred as an “on the ground”, “local purchase”, or “shipped from a local warehouse”. A product purchased on an OTG basis is purchased in Euro with local taxes applied. Our products have been reviewed for compliance in Italy, imported and passed through EU customs and then sent to our EU warehouse.

OTG and NFR catalogues

The majority of the products we sell in Italy will now be available in the OTG catalogue. However, please note that there are still two products, SuperMix and XM+, which will remain in the NFR catalogue.

After February 1st, If you order one of these products and you also order products from the OTG catalogue, this will process as two separate orders, which will have an impact on shipping costs.

The same will apply to any Subscription Rewards orders which include products from the OTG and NFR catalogues. If you want to avoid this, you and your teams can change the products in Subscription Rewards orders in the back office under Manage Subscription.

Share Bonus – Italy Edition

We know you’re as excited as we are to expand your teams in Italy. That’s why we’re extending our Share Bonus to the month of February, for your Italian enrolments. Any associate in Europe can participate and will be rewarded for the enrolments  they make in Italy.

  • Double Share = Enrol 2 new members based in Italy – earn €44 / £37
  • Triple Share = Enrol 3 new members based in Italy – earn €88 / £74

New members need to be based in Italy, place a qualifying order of 125 BV or more and be enrolled with Subscription Rewards.

What do I need to do to keep receiving my commissions?

In order for us to keep processing commission payments after the Italy OTG re-launch, you will need to provide some information, as well as legal documents. Please note this does not apply to customers, only associates.

The information you need to provide will depend on your level of annual income.

For associates whose gross annual income (including income earned through other means than Isagenix) is below EUR 6,410.26, you will need to provide:

  • Bank account information
  • Codice fiscale
  • Photo or scan of your Tessera Sanitaria (front and back)
  • INDEPENDENT ASSOCIATE ENROLLMENT APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT (Printed, signed and uploaded)
  • Photo for the Tesserino

If at any point you go above the threshold, you will need to provide us with additional documents to avoid your commission being put on hold. The details are below.

If you are an associate whose gross annual income (including income earned through other means than Isagenix) is EUR 6,410.26 or above, you will need to provide:

  • Bank account information
  • Codice fiscale
  • Photo or scan of your Tessera Sanitaria (front and back)
  • INDEPENDENT ASSOCIATE ENROLLMENT APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT (Printed, signed and uploaded)
  • Photo for the Tesserino
  • VAT registration document

You will need to upload these into your back office, under My Account > Associate Information.

Any associate joining on or after February 1st will need to provide this information before any commission payments are made. Current associates have until March 15th to upload this information into the back office. If you miss this deadline, your commissions will be put on hold.

In Italy, there are two types of associates, according to the law 173/2005.

  • “Incaricato Occasionale”: when the gross annual income, including income other than as an Independent Associate, is less than EUR 6,410.26.
  • “Incaricato Abituale”: when the gross annual income, including income other than as an Independent Associate, is greater than EUR 6,410.26.

If you are an “Incaricato Occasionale” (gross annual income below EUR 6,410.26) and you become an “Incaricato Abituale” (your income grows to EUR 6,410.26 or more), you will need to open a VAT position and make contributions to the social security administration (“Gestione separata dell’INPS”) according to Law 08/08/1995 n. 335 and to art. 44, co. 2, of the Law 24/11/2003 n. 326.

These contributions shall be calculated by Isagenix on his/her behalf and paid to the social security administration according to applicable provisions.

Please note the gross annual income of EUR 6,410.26 includes all your income, not just what you make with Isagenix.

The “Independent Associate Agreement” is the contract between Isagenix and each Independent Associate. It includes the Isagenix Independent Associate Enrollment Application and Agreement, the Isagenix Policies and Procedures, the Isagenix Team Compensation Plan, Guidance Documents, Code of Ethics, and the Business Entity Form (if applicable), all in their current form or as amended by Isagenix from time to time at its sole discretion.

These documents, including items incorporated by reference in such documents, may be collectively referred to as and comprise the “Agreement.” Please note that according to the Italian law, the Associate needs to print and signed and upload the agreement in the back office.

You will need to print, scan and then upload the last page, signed and dated, to your back office.

You will need to upload this into your back office, under My Account > Associate Information.

Isagenix will provide its associates with a personal company Identification Card (called “tesserino di riconoscimento”) prescribed by art. 3, L. 173/2005, which the associate will be required to show and keep visible during sales transactions and contacts with consumers. Until you have received the Card from Isagenix, you will not be entitled to carry out any activity as an Incaricato of Isagenix. You just need to upload your photo in the back office and the tesserino will be ready for you to print.

We strongly reccomend to print it and have it with you according to the local rules.

Your commission will not be put on hold if you don’t provide this photo but we strongly recommend you upload it and print your tesserino, in accordance to local rules.
