FAQs

Monday 28 March 2022 12:01am (US ET) to Sunday 22 May 2022 11:59pm (US ET). All criteria must be met during the qualifying period. 

The top 15 Individuals will be announced on June 17th. One prize per winning account will be awarded, which includes accommodation, a travel stipend to support travel to Orlando and on the ground hotel/airport transfers, one ticket to Celebration 2022. Any other meals or incidentals during your stay will be your responsibility. Please contact eventsEU@isagenixcorp.com with any travel queries.

In the event of a tie, the tie break will be determined by number of enrolments. 

This event will be presented in English and translated into Spanish, French and also American Sign Language.

Yes, you must attend the trip to receive the travel cash. Everyone who officially qualifies will receive an email from eventsEU@isagenixcorp.com. Please note, you must show proof you are able to attend the trip and enter the United States to receive the travel cash. For example, if US Government guidelines require you to be fully vaccinated to enter the country, you must provide proof of your COVID-19 vaccination issued to the Events team when you RSVP in order to receive the travel cash.

The deadline to RSVP is 12 June and you will receive £1,200 on 20 June. If your circumstances mean you cannot reply by this date, we will allow RSVPs up until 26 June and you will receive the travel cash after this date.

The goal for this contest is to give European leaders the opportunity to experience the incredible training and Isagenix culture at US Celebration 2022. We completely understand if you do not wish to travel or are unable to enter the US for any reason, just let us know when you complete your RSVP. The prize is not transferrable and cannot be converted into cash. 

Upon qualifying for this event, you will receive an email from eventsEU@isagenixcorp.com with a link to complete your RSVP for the trip. Please complete this survey as soon as you can and by the deadline provided. 

Winners may bring their recognition partner or their romantic partner for a fee. Achievers can contact eventsEU@isagenixcorp.com for more details. 

Isagenix is covering room and tax for the dates of the event only with check in on Tuesday 9 August – Sunday 14 August, (5 nights) for up to single occupancy. Each achiever will have their own room. Any additional nights, upgrades, or incidentals during your stay, will be your responsibility.

For the health and safety of our group, we recommend that everyone attending takes a COVID test before they attend the trip. Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of COVID tests. If you do test positive for COVID-19 and are unable to attend the trip, please let our Events team know as soon as possible. 

Rosen Centre Hotel offers quarantine services for guests that test positive; More information will be provided to you if you test positive. Guests are not permitted to leave the room as they would be quarantined away from others. You are responsible for the costs incurred with quarantine. The cost of COVID tests is your sole financial responsibility 

Terms and Conditions

Open to Isagenix Europe Associates only. All times shown are in US ET. The contest begins 28 March 2022 (12:01am US ET) and finishes 22 May 2022 (11:59pm US ET). To participate, your Isagenix position must be operated only by you (the legal name) and if applicable, your spouse (recognition name) to the exclusion of all other individuals. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and any promotion rules, FAQs or guidelines posted and the decisions of Isagenix, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest. Contest rules are subject to change. Isagenix reserves the right to audit, adjust or deny any volume, compensations, recognition, or other incentives awarded during or as a result of this contest to ensure the spirit of the contest is achieved. All members are subject to standard compliance reviews both during and after the close of the contest; prizes may be withdrawn by Isagenix at any time. Outstanding compliance matters will affect eligibility for the final prize. All enrolments and product orders must be in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Policies and Procedures, available at IsagenixCompliance.com. Any person who attempts to manipulate the Compensation Plan or the contest or who otherwise attempts to circumvent the rules, forfeits any and all rights to points and to receive any prize and will be disqualified from the contest. Participants must be an active Isagenix Associate and remain active throughout the duration of the contest period and through to the trip dates. Active status within Isagenix requires that you order a minimum of 100 BV every 30 calendar days.

Prize is not transferrable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. All winners must have a valid passport and, if applicable, are responsible for their own visa for travel and for making sure they fulfil any travel requirements for the United States and transit countries. The value of non-monetary prizes may be reported as taxable income to the extent required by applicable law. Prize winners will be required to execute a Prize Acceptance Agreement and Release prior to receipt of any prize under the contest.
