We will introduce SMS validation in Romania from 15 March 2023.

We will introduce SMS validation in Portugal, France, Poland, Switzerland, and Bulgaria from 22 June 2023.

WHAT IS SMS VALIDATION?

SMS validation allows users to verify their identities with a code that is sent to them via text message.

Once Isagenix implements this, any time a new phone number is introduced in the system, this will trigger an SMS with a one-time code that will need to be fed back to the system so it can validate the number is correct.

THIS WILL HELP US TO

  • Ensure the data inserted at registration is correct
  • Assure the newly enrolled Associate that their information is being processed securely by the company, according to GDPR rules
  • Keep the information in the system up to date for any promotions or communications

HOW IT WORKS

    1. When you enrol a new member, you must provide the member’s mobile phone number. This has to be a new phone number, not previously used for any Isagenix member. This step is called AUTHENTICATION.
    1. Once the enrolment is complete, a text message with a unique code will be sent to the phone number registered in step 1. This unique code must be placed in the form. This step is called VALIDATION.If you don’t use the code within 15 minutes, it will no longer be valid. Just click on ‘Resend Code’ and a new code will be sent to the registered phone number.

IMPORTANT!

If the validation cannot be done immediately upon registration, the new member has until 8pm (Central European Time) on Wednesday of the following commission week to complete it.

For example:

Let’s say you enrol someone on Tuesday 21 March. You’ll have until Wednesday 29 March for the customer to validate their phone number.
If you enrol someone on Sunday 26 March, you will also have until Wednesday 29 March.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE NEW MEMBER DOESN’T VALIDATE THEIR PHONE NUMBER?

For the enrolling sponsor

  • The new enrolment will not count towards any rank advancements or promotions, including cash bonuses like PIBs
  • BV from the enrolment order and any future orders will still flow for the sponsor and upline

For the new member

  • Active status is forfeited if the phone number is not validated before the Wednesday following the end of the commission week.
  • The new member will need to place another qualifying order once they validate their phone number in order to become active.
  • If the member chooses to become an associate, their commissions will be on hold until the phone number is validated.

No, the mobile phone authentication step is mandatory and you will not be able to proceed if the mobile phone is already registered. It has to be a unique number.

All new Isagenix enrollees will require a mobile phone to receive the Authentication or code validation.

They will have until Wednesday of the commission week following the enrolment, at 8pm (Central European Time) Romania time.

The validation process does not influence the shipment of orders. The order will be shipped even if the account is not validated, and the enroller will receive the corresponding BV towards cycles.

No. If the validation does not happen within the time limit, the recovery of points will not be possible and no PIBs will be paid retroactively.

For members in Romania: If you registered before 15 March 2023, you do not need to validate your account.

For members in Portugal, France, Poland, Switzerland, and Bulgaria: If you registered before 22 June 2023, you do not need to validate your account.
