We’re excited to introduce a new Order History enhancement designed to make repeat ordering faster and more convenient – so it’s easier to reorder the products you love.

You can now return to eligible previous orders, select the products you’d like again, and add them straight to your basket in just a few clicks.

Where to Find It

  • Log in to your account and visit Order History within your back office or shopping account.
  • Open an eligible previous order and you’ll see the option to re-order products directly from that order.
  • Select the items you’d like to purchase again, add them to your basket, and continue through checkout as normal.

Some products from previous orders may not be available for reorder (please see FAQs for further details). If any selected item is unavailable, it will be removed from your basket.

Eligible one-time orders, subscription orders, and returned cancelled orders may be available for reorder.

Yes. You can choose specific products from a previous order instead of reordering everything.

If an item is out of stock, discontinued, limited edition, or no longer purchasable, it will not be added to the basket and a message will be shown on the page.

Promotional items from a past order may still appear as selectable products when reordering. If the promotion has ended but the item is still available, it will be added to your basket at the current regular price rather than the previous promotional price. If the item is no longer available, it will not be added.

If a pack, bundle, or kit from a previous order has changed since your original purchase, you may still be able to reorder it, but a notification will appear on the item to let you know the configuration has been updated.

Some products are not eligible for reorder, such as memberships, donations, delivery-related items, or other non-shippable products. If this happens, those items may appear unavailable to select and a message will be shown on the page.
