The CelletoiTM Skincare Line was created for its individual products to be used together for stronger and longer lasting results.

We recommend one well-balanced meal (between 400-600 calories) and replace the other two meals with IsaLean Shakes. Feel free to also include a couple of snacks (around 100-150 calories each), and don’t forget your other supplements too! One Thermo GX Capsule with breakfast and another with lunch, 1-2 IsaMove capsules before bed, and Ionix Supreme at whichever time of day you prefer – some enjoy it in the morning, others in the evening. You can drink Nourish for Life on its own, poured over ice, or mixed with either cold or warm water.

There’s two ways to cleanse: Everyday Cleansing or Cleanse Days.

Everyday Cleansing means consuming Nourish for Life daily alongside your normal meals and snacks. Drink a 59ml serving first thing in the morning or just before bed. You can either use 59ml of the pre-made liquid, or a scoop of powder mixed with water.

On a Cleanse Day, which is our form of intermittent fasting, you drink an 118ml serving of Nourish for Life four times spaced evenly throughout the day (either the pre-made liquid or two scoops of powder mixed with water). You’ll also choose from Cleanse Day snacks to help manage cravings and provide steady energy – check out our Cleanse Day Tracker here. It’s up to you whether you do a single Cleanse Day, or two Cleanse Days in a row which we call a Double Cleanse. Either way, we recommend a maximum of four Cleanse Days per month.

You can drink Nourish for Life on its own, poured over ice, or mixed with either cold or warm water.

All three! IsaLean Shake is a balanced meal wrapped up in 240 calories, so it can be adapted to any goal. If you’d like to lose a little weight, we’d recommend one well-balanced meal and replace the other two meals with an IsaLean Shake. If you’d like to gain muscle, drink 1-2 shakes in addition to your healthy meals. If you just want something healthy that fits in with your fast-paced lifestyle, you’re staring at your new favourite fast-food.

As with anything, it’ll take a few days to adjust to your new programme so be patient and listen to your body, knowing that you’re nourishing yourself with good nutrition. If you follow your system as recommended, you’ll begin to see results and feel the difference.

You can still be active on your Cleanse Days, but as you’re consuming very few calories it’s best this is very light activity – like walking or gentle yoga. Don’t forget to rely on products like AMPED Hydrate, IsaDelights and Isagenix Snacks to help you get through the day.
