Silver Circle Update

As you know, becoming a paid-as Executive is an important achievement. As we continue to add value and emphasize this elite recognition rank, we are making an update that will help us simplify our recognition program and create a greater incentive to reach Golden Circle, a recognition title exclusive to Executives.

Beginning 29 January 2024, Associates will no longer be able to earn the Recognition Rank of Silver Circle. As a reminder, Silver Circle is a recognition title for Directors and below who cycle at least 10 times. This change will not impact an Associate’s compensation. Associates can still cycle and earn corresponding bonuses.

Associates who earned Silver Circle before 29 January 2024 are grandfathered in and will retain this rank as they push towards Golden Circle.

There are no changes to Golden Circle, and it remains an achievement exclusive to paid-as Executives.

Maintaining Paid-As Executive

Effective 27 November 2023

Maintaining paid-as Executive will become more flexible, requiring only a minimum of 2 paid-as Consultants on one leg and 8 on the other—or any combination where 2 is the minimum on one sales team.

If you haven’t reached the rank just yet, it’s important to note that anyone achieving Executive for the first time will be required to achieve 5 paid-as Consultants on the left and 5 on the right. The updated ratio is for maintaining the rank only.

Compensation Plan

New Cycle Criteria

Effective 1 January 2024

The top-tier rank of paid-as Executive will now be the rank that unlocks the maximum cycles available for a position in the compensation plan.

Consultants, Managers, and Directors can earn up to 100 cycles per week, and Executives can earn up to 250 cycles per week. In order to earn 250 cycles per week, Members must maintain paid-as Executive every day of the commission week.

Plus, don’t forget that when you reach Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to earn the Executive Matching Team Bonus, receive exclusive recognition gifts, and participate in additional promotions.

Core Moringa XM+ Energy Mix Update

We wanted to share an important update regarding Core Moringa XM+ Energy Mix. After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue this product in the next few months.

Whilst it hasn’t been an easy decision, we’re certain this change will allow us to focus on bringing you even more innovative and effective solutions to help you achieve your health and wellbeing goals. Here’s what you need to know and how it’ll impact orders:

  • From Wednesday, 6 December 2023 Core Moringa XM+ Energy Mix will no longer be available on Subscription Rewards orders.
  • Customers with this product on their Subscription Rewards orders have already been notified about the upcoming changes to their order. Any existing Subscription Rewards orders that are processed from 7 December 2023 will be replaced with SuperMix™.
  • If a Member would prefer not to receive SuperMix™, they will need to update their order in their Back Office. If the Member is satisfied with this replacement, we’ll take care of it, and there’s no action needed on their end.
  • Core Moringa XM+ Energy Mix will still be available to purchase a la carte for a limited time.

Introducing Qualifying Volume

With the launch of the 20% PIB promotion, we are introducing Qualifying Volume (QV), a non-discounted volume amount, to use for orders during discount promotions, active status and enrollment. We are excited to share that this new addition to the compensation plan ensures your team members remain active and won’t miss a qualifying enrollment due to reduced Business Volume (BV).

The easiest way to remember how QV works is “BV pays—QV maintains”.
